ABOUT MATTHEW

Matthew Oberg is the founder of 1 Day at a Time LLC, a communication-focused initiative centered around Augmentative & Alternative Communication (AAC), bilingual communication systems, and practical support solutions for families, schools, and autism support programs.

Matthew currently works in Hanoi, Vietnam, supporting autism centers through AAC implementation, program development, communication workflows, and organizational support systems designed to improve collaboration between staff, students, and families.

Before relocating to Vietnam, Matthew worked in the United States within behavioral health and multidisciplinary treatment environments. Most recently, he served as Director of Clinical Partnerships for Embark Behavioral Health and previously worked as Business Development Manager for Core Recovery, where he helped develop systems, workflows, referral relationships, and communication structures across growing treatment programs.
